Terms of Service
Operator
Tuck is developed, published, and operated by Quartz. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Quartz. For questions about these Terms, see the Contact section below.
Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Tuck ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License Grant
Pro Version. Tuck Pro is a one-time perpetual Pro license for up to 3 machines, with no recurring fees and free updates for the lifetime of the product.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the App or your license key
- Share your Pro license key publicly or with unauthorized users
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
License Termination
You may stop using Tuck at any time by uninstalling it. If you materially breach these Terms, your license to use Tuck ends, and we may deactivate your license key. Ending your use of Tuck does not affect the 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy if you are still within that period.
Payment
Tuck Pro is a one-time purchase of $14.99 USD before applicable tax. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for Tuck Pro purchases: it processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable tax, and issues your receipt. Quartz develops and licenses Tuck.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Tuck Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
Privacy and Help
The macOS app does not send telemetry or analytics; network use is limited to license validation and update checks. Read the Privacy Policy for the website consent boundary.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tuck is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tuck works with macOS menu bar behavior that Apple may change, and we do not guarantee that Tuck will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every macOS version, Mac model, or third-party app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quartz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of use, arising from your use of Tuck. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tuck is limited to the amount you paid for Tuck Pro. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Consumer Rights (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these Terms do not affect the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law. Tuck Pro is digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase, and by completing your purchase you agree to that immediate delivery. This does not reduce our 30-day money-back guarantee, which remains available to you in full; see the Refund Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when they are published and apply to your use of Tuck after that date. Changes will not reduce the Pro license terms or the 30-day money-back guarantee you purchased under.
