Overview

Tuck is a macOS menu bar organizer built with a privacy-first approach. The macOS app does not send telemetry or analytics; network use is limited to license validation and update checks.

Data the App Collects

Tuck does not track your usage. Your menu bar configuration stays on your device.

License Validation

License validation is one of the limited network functions of the macOS app. See the Terms of Service for the Pro license scope.

Payment Processing

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and payment service provider. Payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and fraud prevention occur through the checkout process. See the Refund Policy for the approved refund process.

Website

Website analytics remains disabled until the visitor explicitly opts in; qualified downloads are measured by locale path and stable release channel. Website analytics is separate from the macOS app and never changes the app's no-telemetry behavior.

Support and Feedback

When you use the support form, Quartz receives the contact details, message, product and system versions, and any images or videos you choose to attach. This information is used only to understand and respond to your request.

Tuck does not write feedback message or attachment contents to its own database. The form transmits them to the support mailbox through Resend, where they are retained according to the support mailbox and Resend service settings. Short-lived pseudonymous rate-limit and duplicate-prevention records are stored to protect the form from abuse.
