Activate Tuck Pro
- Open Tuck Settings.
- Choose the License tab.
- Paste the complete key into the activation field.
- Choose Activate and wait for the success state.
Restore or switch a license
Use Restore when an existing purchase should be found through the available purchase flow. Use Switch License to replace the key currently associated with this Mac.
Deactivate an old Mac
Open the License status section on the old Mac and choose Deactivate before removing Tuck or transferring the computer. This releases the activation associated with that installation.
Common messages
Invalid format or key
Copy the full key again and remove leading or trailing spaces.
Seat limit reached
Deactivate Tuck on a Mac you no longer use, then retry activation.
Offline
Reconnect, confirm the system clock, and retry. License validation is expected network access.
Server rejected
Retry once, then contact support with the error text—but not the license key.
Contact support safely
Include the macOS version, Tuck version, and exact error label. Do not include the license key, receipt, password, or full payment details. Use Tuck Support for private account questions.
