Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Tuck ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License Grant

Free Version. Tuck Free is provided at no cost. You may use it on any number of personal machines for as long as you like. The free version includes Push mode, keyboard shortcuts, and launch-at-login functionality.

Pro Version. Purchasing a Tuck Pro license grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tuck Pro on up to 3 machines you own or control. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. Free updates are included for the lifetime of the product.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the App or your license key
• Share your Pro license key publicly or with unauthorized users
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Payment

Tuck Pro is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD, processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Tuck Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

Tuck, including its code, design, name, and icon, is the intellectual property of its developer. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

Updates

We may release updates to Tuck at our discretion. Free updates are included with your Pro license. We are not obligated to provide updates on any specific schedule.

Privacy

Tuck makes zero network requests during normal operation. No telemetry, analytics, or usage data is collected. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tuck is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. The free version may continue to be used without a license.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
